Not such a great day.

Dad's had a rough day today--and yesterday. He's been in pain, and today he had a fever that peaked at about 101.5. The nurse came and checked his blood O2 level--89, quite low for him. He is on oxygen now, and will be for the first two days of the antibiotic he is now taking. We can't tell exactly where the pain is originating (heart? lungs?) but he seems now (11 p.m.) to be comfortable, thanks to the pain meds (ibuprofen and acetominophen). This afternoon his fever came down and finally broke tonight. So let's hope and pray he'll gain health and strength and have a better day tomorrow.
