Such an obedient son...

One morning Evan tangled his little Slinky and asked me to fix it. I did, but told him he had to be dressed to have it back. I was busy doing other things while he took quite a while getting "dressed". Finally I heard him call me from his room, apparently because the turtleneck was restricting his feet a bit from standing up.

Reminds me of the Sunday that he absolutely refused to walk out of the building and out to the car. My arms were full of bags, scriptures, and Lucie, and I was not going to pick him up! My little sweet Evan and his passive rebellious silliness--he wouldn't walk, and wouldn't be left behind, so he walked on his knees the entire way: out of the chapel, past the remaining folks chatting in the hall, out the door, down the sidewalk, and (backwards) down the steps to the parking lot, which did a number on his shoes (thankfully he needed new ones anyway). It was tragic and hilarious all at the same time.

His Slinky was returned after he made the necessary wardrobe adjustment, by the way.

Cute!
And I'm impressed that you can fix a slinky, those can be so frustrating sometimes!
